✅ Information Needed to Order Your Windshield

Windshields often come with multiple options depending on your vehicle’s features. To ensure we order the correct part, we’ll need some basic information from you.

For Insurance Claims:

Please provide:

• The approximate time and nearest town where the damage occurred

• Your insurance policy number (found in the top-left corner of your vehicle registration)

• Phone number of the registered owner

• Your vehicle’s VIN and license plate number

For Private Pay Jobs:

We simply need your VIN number to get started.

📅 Booking Your Appointment

Once we have your information, we’ll get your appointment scheduled. Our schedule is more flexible than most — in many cases, we can get you booked within 3 days, and sometimes even the very next day.

⏱ How Long Does a Windshield Replacement Take?

Most replacements take about 2–3 hours, plus an additional 1-hour curing time to ensure the adhesive fully sets.

🚗 Drop-Off, Pickup & Shuttle Services

We keep things simple — you only need to come by for drop-off and pickup. We’ll handle the claim, the paperwork, and the replacement.

If you don’t want to wait around during your appointment, we offer complimentary shuttle service. We’ll drop you off at home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.

🛻 Mobile Service Available:

We offer mobile windshield replacement services to farms, auto shops, and customers in surrounding areas farther away from our shop. To keep costs low, we may group your appointment with other jobs in the area. If you’re flexible on timing, let us know—we’ll coordinate a convenient visit when we’re in your area.
